Online registration for 2016/17 FALL/WINTER season CLOSED!

GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  • All registrations must be done online through RAMP Interactive.
  • All new registrants must first create an account with RAMP before actually registering for a program. Click here for more information.
  • There will be no in-person registration.
  • Registration fee payments can be made online by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) only. NO CHEQUES OR CASH ACCEPTED. (Prepaid VISA/Mastercards are acceptable)
  • Registrants without online access are asked to register online with the assistance of a friend, relative, employer or via public facilities (all local libraries provide free online access).
  • BE PREPARED BEFORE STARTING - SEE INFORMATION REQUIRED BELOW.

You will need the following information in order to complete the registration process:

  1. Credit Card information.
  2. Birth Certificate or Passport for each new player. (Care Cards are NOT acceptable)
  3. CURRENT photo of players for ID cards, as follows:  Have HEADSHOT only ready to upload during registration.

a)     All new players to SUSC born in 2005 and earlier

b)    All U10 development boys (born 2007)

c)     All U11 boys and girls (born 2006)

d)    All U13 boys and girls (born 2004)

e)     All U16 boys and girls (born 2001)

REGISTRATIONS MISSING ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS

WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

 

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

 

Registration deadlines are as follows:

  • Youth Players (U11 through U18)  -  Deadline is June 1, 2016

(NOTE:  Deadline for Select Teams is May 1, 2016)

  • Youth Players Metro SGU (U13 through U18) – Deadline is May 1, 2016
  • Mini Players (U6 through U10)      -  Deadline is July 1, 2016

(NOTE:  Deadline for U10 Development is May 1, 2016)

 

 

NOTE: SGU stands for Surrey Guildford United and is the Metro tier chosen through evaluations.

Please register your child in the correct age division. Below are the divisions based on birth year:

FEES:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MINI PLAYERS - U6 through U9 (born 2011 - 2008) PAY THE BASE COMMUNITY RATE OF $325.00 FOR THE SEASON. ALL YOUTH PLAYERS - U10 through U18 (born 2007 - 1999) PAY THE BASE COMMUNITY RATE OF $285.00 FOR THE SEASON.

Upon notification that the player has been chosen for a Development or Select team (eg. U8/U9/U10 Development, U12 Div. 1, U14 Div. 3 etc.), you will automatically be charged the additional fee per the schedule below.  YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS CHARGE.

NOTE: SGU FEES do not fall under the above – the fee is in the table below.

FAMILY RATE:

Full fees must be paid for the two oldest children.

Subsequent children pay 50% of their applicable registration fee. (NOTE: A family is considered to be siblings who reside in the same household).

Please note that the family rate does not include the U5 program (Future Prospects Program).


PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:

1. Payment

All payments must be done online through RAMP Interactive. If you cannot pay by credit card, you must contact your respective Registrar (Danielle Burrows for Mini Players or Trina Brady for Youth Players) by email BEFORE THE DEADLINES to make other arrangements.

2. Credit Cards

We will only be accepting payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). There will be no cheques or cash accepted. PREPAID CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTABLE AND CAN BE PURCHASED AT MOST LARGE RETAILERS.

3. Financial Assistance

·         If you are applying for financial assistance (eg. KidSport, Jumpstart, etc.), this is your responsibility.

·         You must contact either the Mini Registrar, Danielle Burrows, or the Youth Registrar, Trina Brady, and email them a copy of your application for funding.

·         Once received, the Registrar will issue a "promo code" so you can complete the on-line registration.  

·         Your registration must be completed on Ramp by the registration deadline to guarantee placement on a team.

·         If the funding received does not match the total registration fee due, you will be responsible for the remaining balance at the time of registration.

4. Refunds

  • All refund requests must be received in writing by the Registrar, by July 31, 2016.
  • All refunds are subject to a minimum $25.00 administration fee.
  • NO refunds will be issued to any players registering for any Development, Metro, Select, Div. 1 or Div. 2 teams.
  • NO refunds will be considered due to conflicts with practice nights, times, or locations after July 31, 2016.
  • Refund requests due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor’s note and will be considered throughout the season on a case by case basis.

To apply for a refund, email the Mini Registrar (U6 through U10), Danielle Burrows, at miniregistrar@surreyunitedsoccer.com ... OR ... email the Youth Registrar (U11 through U18), Trina Brady at youthregistrar@surreyunitedsoccer.com. Any refund request must be received in writing, post-marked by July 31, 2016, or emailed by midnight July 31, 2016.


RETURNING PLAYERS:

All returning community (house) players will automatically be placed on their 2015-2016 team provided they are fully registered prior to the mini or youth deadlines.  Any player not registered by the deadline will be placed on the first available team.

If a player requests to NOT be placed back on the team they played on during the previous season, then that request must be made in the "Comment" section of the registration. This is found at the bottom of the page called "Register - Other Information". Every effort will be made to accommodate this request, but it is NOT guaranteed.
