This is a leadership role and as such, the expectation to be engaged in club activities and responsibilities as part of the leadership team should be embraced and understood as an underlying, general expectation of the role.
Volunteerism and Not for Profit Organization:
Surrey United SC is a not for profit organization and while we attempt to accurately describe all responsibilities of the individual roles and responsibilities required of SUSC Contractor positions, there is always a community and volunteer spirit that must be understood as we exist to support a community, both the community of Cloverdale, Surrey, BC and the greater soccer community. There are always additional tasks and opportunities in other areas of the organization for which remuneration is not provided and we encourage all applicants to consider lending their time and talents in supporting the club’s vision of being more than a soccer club outside of the position they hold under contract.
