This exclusive group of community members will be forever known as the Starting Lineup contributors to the Surrey United Soccer Club capital raise for the design and construction of a covered, turf training facility at Cloverdale Athletic Park. This group will be recognized by the club and community as those foundational members who set out to bolster the project’s financial requirements to provide the community with this important structure a year ahead of its original schedule - a future legacy for years to come.

Term

Members of the Starting Lineup Community Note Fundraising Program will provide Surrey United Soccer Club their investment by March 1, 2025.

Minimum Level of Investment

The minimum level of investment for the program is $2,500.

Note Program Interest

Program interest rate will be between 4.5%-6.5% depending on the term and contribution. Details are further outlined n the Information Statement.

The Program

The ideal member of this elite Starting Lineup Community Note Fundraising Program is available to any individual with a desire to support the community, soccer and sport generally, and leave a community legacy in place for years to come. The opportunity provides a short term financial contribution to the project by way of an interest-free or low interest loan to cover the necessary down payment to begin the project 18 months in advance of its original schedule.

Participant Recognition

• Prominent recognition on the club website, social media, its planned 2025 Gala, and 2025 SUSC Awards Night

• Name on a permanent fixture in the immediate entry way of the finished facility, subject to approval of SUSC

• If the contributor’s preference is for anonymity there will be a standard marker in the recognition offerings that will acknowledge a “silent community contributor”.
